The following general terms and conditions of purchase (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to all agreements with BEEMONDO AB, (hereinafter referred to as “BEEMONDO”, “us” or “we”) when ordering products via www.beemondo.co (referred to as “beemondo.co” (“Webstore”).

By using the Beemondo website and purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

·       By accessing or ordering from Beemondo, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service.

·       You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to make purchases.

2. Use of website

·       The website is for lawful purposes only.

·       You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the website without prior written permission.

·       Misuse of the website (e.g.: hacking, fraudulent activity) may result in termination of access.

3. Accounts and Registration

·       If you create and account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

·       You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

·       BEEMONDO is not responsible for unauthorized use of the account.

4. Products and Orders

·       All product descriptions and images are for informational purposes.

·       Prices are listed in SEK, EUR. The prices do not include payment and shipping fees, which are stated separately. The shipping cost is stated on the website.

·       BEEMONDO reserves the right, if necessary, to update prices on beemondo.co. BEEMONDO is not responsible for any currency fluctuations or exchange rates.

5. Promotions and Special Offers

·       Any promotions, discounts, or free gifts are subject to specific terms outlined at the time of the offer.

·       Offers are valid while supplies last and may not be combined with other discounts unless specified.

6. Payment Terms

·       Payments are processed securely via Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, or other methods displayed at checkout.

·       Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:

o   Pay within 14 days: Payment period is 14 days from the dispatch of the goods. The terms and conditions for pay within 14 days can be found here.

o   Account: Klarna Account is a credit facility provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay for your purchases in monthly installments of at least 1/24 (minimum 50 SEK) of the total credit amount used or in accordance with the terms and conditions approved at the checkout. ·       In order to offer a range of payment options, we need to share your personal, contact and order details with the respective payment service provider.

·       Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

·       Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

·      Free shipping is available within the EU for subscribers; otherwise, standard shipping fees apply.

·      Delivery times vary depending on location and availability.

·      BEEMONDO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

·      Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

8. Defective Goods / Information

Should BEEMONDO send incorrect or damaged products, BEEMONDO reserves the right to return all products in their original condition. The customer must return the incorrect item to BEEMONDO within 14 days and the shipping will be paid by BEEMONDO.

If an item is displayed and sold at an incorrect price on beemondo.co due to technical problems or errors by BEEMONDO staff, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund the money and inform the customer of the situation.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing online at beemondo.co, the customer has the right to cancel and return a purchase against a valid receipt within 14 calendar days from the order being delivered to the mailbox, door or agent.

For an approved return, the product must meet the following requirements. The product must be returned in a saleable condition, in the product's original packaging. Any labels and tags must remain on the garment. Products that are used, damaged, dirty, washed or worn will not be accepted as a return. If the return is not approved, a full refund will not be received.

Goods or packages that cannot be identified may be refused approved return and refund. The customer is responsible for the return until the package has been received and registered at our warehouse. We handle returns within 30 days of the package being received at our warehouse. Once the return has been handled and approved, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. It may take up to 7-10 working days before the refunded amount is available in the customer's bank account. When paying by invoice with Klarna, the invoice will be adjusted.

10. Exchange of Goods

At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

11. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, our obligations via beemondo.co are postponed. In the event of force majeure, both the customer and BEEMONDO have the right to cancel, in whole or in part, any agreements without any obligation to pay damages or fulfill any obligations. By force majeure we generally mean, but are not limited to, natural disasters, wars, strikes, import/export bans, transport disruptions and illness regardless of whether this occurs with us as a company or with our suppliers.

12. Change

BEEMONDO may change the current Terms of Purchase, prices or the range of goods on the Website from time to time. The version of the Terms of Purchase that you accept when placing your order applies to your purchase.
